Garden room and summerhouse flat roofs

A flat roof on a new garden room, and a summerhouse roof put right the same day after a poor job by another firm.

Similar work

Garden rooms and summerhouses need a proper roof as much as the house does. These two jobs were a flat roof on a brand new garden room, and a summerhouse roof redone after a poor job by another firm left it unusable.

Garden room roof

The homeowner asked for a quote and got a quick reply followed by a visit in person to check exactly what was needed. The roofer arrived when promised and finished the flat roof to a high standard.

Garden rooms often have shallow falls and need neat edge details. A single-piece membrane like EPDM is a good match for these small roofs.

Summerhouse put right

The summerhouse had already been roofed by another firm, and the job was so poor it could not be used. The roofers came out quickly, arrived when they said they would, and finished the new roof the same day.

If a roof has been badly done, it is usually quicker to strip it and start again than to patch over someone else’s work.

“He responded quickly to our initial request for a quote and took the time to visit in person to assess exactly what needed to be done. He turned up exactly when he said he would [...] and he left everything clean and tidy with no mess at all.”
